On TUESDAY the 26th Day of November, 1799, between the Hours of five and eight in the Evening, at the Houfe of Mr. Samuel Curry, the Talbot Inn, Peterborough, in the County of Northampton (fubject to fuch Conditions of Sale as will be then produced)

TWO MESSUAGES or TENEMENTS, in good repair and well fituated for Trade, in the Market-place, in PETERBOROUGH aforesaid, now in the Occupation of Mrs. Sarah Rofe and Mr. John Beezler.

"JOHN CORE begs respectfully to inform the nobility, clergy, gentry, commercial gentlemen, and the public that he will REMOVE to the Angel Hotel at Michaelmass next, the Talbot being closed as an Inn; and begs to solicit the continued favours of his numerous friends".
