Wm. Perkins, Prince Albert, City road, charged with having in his possession certain measures intended to represent one quart, seven pint, & six half-pint measures, but which were not of sufficient size to contain those quantities of imperial measure."

Prince Albert, City Road, Peterborough referred for compensation (owners, Messrs. Cutlack's executors)

 

In respect to the Prince Albert, Mr Gaches said he hoped in future the Justices would take into consideration the fact that already (illegible) out of 16 licensed houses owned by Messrs. Cutlack in the borough had been referred for compensation, and one had been taken away without compensation."
