"An adjournment of the General Annual Licensing Meeting, for the purpose of granting beerhouse certificates under the Wine & Beerhouses' Act 1869 when the following were adjourned or declined.  Crowland - James Hudson of the Peacock was adjourned to the 21st, in consequence of informality of notice".

Benjamin Seekins, Peacock Beer House Crowland Common, holding an off beer licence, was object to because of two convictions for selling beer to be drunk near the house door.  The licence was renewed with a caution.
