To be SOLD by AUCTION, by Mr. J.G. Medcalf

At the Pack Horse Inn in Northboro', on Wednesday, July 22nd, 1891 at Six o-clock in the Evening, subject to such conditions of sale as will be then declared, and by the direction of the Trustees of the late Mr. MARK WYKES.

 

ALL those Two FREEHOLD COTTAGES, with the BAKEHOUSE,  Stable, Granary, Chaff-house, and other Out-buildings, with the Yards and Gardens adjoining the same, and containing in the whole one rood or thereabouts, situate in the Main Street of Northboro', and bounded thereby on the south by premises of the Hon. George Wentworth Fitzwilliam on the east, by premises of the Trustees of the late Mr. Charles Julyan on the north, and by a private road-way on the west, now in the occupation of Messrs. Benstead and Lock.
